We currently offer domestic shipping within the continental United States only. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

    Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Deliveries are not processed on U.S. postal holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on our [Order Tracking page].

Note: Tracking information may take 7–25 days to appear in the carrier’s system. If it’s not available, the carrier has not yet scanned your package.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated total delivery time: 6–17 business days
This includes both handling and shipping times. Please note:

  • Delivery estimates are based on location and carrier schedules.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external events (e.g., holidays, weather disruptions).


Custom Orders

Orders that include customization or personalization may require additional processing time based on the complexity of the request.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If the address is:

  • Incomplete or incorrect, your order may be delayed.

  • Undeliverable, it may be discarded by the carrier, and we are not liable for the loss.

  • Returned, a re-shipping fee will apply.

We are also not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a successful delivery or after a customer-requested reroute with the carrier.


Holiday Closures

No order processing or shipping on U.S. federal holidays:
