Order Exchanges

To ensure a smooth transaction, we kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before finalizing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for any inaccuracies in these selections. However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct specifications. Order Cancellations

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already been processed, and cancellation may no longer be possible. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via email at [email protected].

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 180 days of delivery. After this period, orders are final, and refunds will no longer be issued. Returns and refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Items that arrive damaged or broken
  • Products that differ in design, size, or material from the original order
  • Incorrect items received
  • Significant deviations from the product description

Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Defective items not caused by our oversight
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items with minor, fixable thread issues
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Claim Requirements

To submit a refund claim, please provide the following documentation:

  • Shipping label or receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects
  • Relevant communications, such as email screenshots

Return and Refund Process

Once approved, follow the provided instructions and only send your package after receiving a confirmation email with the return address. Be sure to include the carrier’s tracking number for returned items. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your return. Once we confirm receipt via email, a full refund, including the original shipping cost, will be issued. If you experience delays beyond 10-15 days, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.

Important Notes

Our return policy is valid for 180 days from the delivery date. During this period, you may return or exchange items; however, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipping process. For ineligible requests or lost returns, customers will need to handle these issues independently.
