Intellectual Property Protection Policy

Last Updated: August 18, 2025

At Luxinshoes, operated by Tyler Tweed, we are fully committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of creators, designers, copyright holders, and trademark owners. This policy outlines our position on intellectual property (IP) matters and describes the process for IP owners to report any alleged infringement appearing on our website.

Respect for Intellectual Property

We value and uphold the importance of intellectual property protections. All content available on https://luxinshoes.com—including product designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and digital assets—are either the property of Luxinshoes, our partners, or respective third-party rights holders, and are protected under United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as granting any license or right to use any of these materials without express written consent.

Prohibited Infringement Activities

Luxinshoes strictly prohibits the posting, sale, reproduction, or distribution of any content, product, or material that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.

We expect all vendors, collaborators, service providers, and customers to adhere to these principles. Anyone found violating these guidelines may face content removal, account restrictions, or legal consequences.

Reporting IP Infringements (DMCA Takedown Requests)

If you believe that any product, image, text, or content on our website infringes upon your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please notify us by submitting a written complaint to our designated contact.

Please include the following in your IP Infringement Notice:

  1. Identification of the IP in question
    • Description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed
    • The exact URL(s) or product link(s) on https://luxinshoes.com that contain the allegedly infringing content
  2. Your Contact Details
    • Full name
    • Mailing address
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  3. Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the IP owner, their agent, or the law
  4. Accuracy & Authority Statement
A declaration that the information you have provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rightful owner of the IP or are authorized to act on their behalf
  5. Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the IP owner or an authorized agent

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a properly formatted IP infringement notice:

  • We will promptly investigate the claim.
  • If the complaint appears valid, we will take appropriate action, such as removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • If applicable, we may notify the person associated with the content in question.

For copyright cases, we follow procedures consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), including honoring counter-notices when appropriate.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for repeated IP violations. If a user, partner, or vendor is found to have engaged in multiple infringements, Luxinshoes reserves the right to suspend or terminate their access or account, without prior notice.

False Claims Warning

Filing false or malicious claims of infringement may constitute legal wrongdoing. Individuals who knowingly misrepresent IP ownership or submit fraudulent claims may be subject to legal consequences, including damages and liability under U.S. law.
