Once your request is confirmed by our team, we’ll take care of it immediately.
After 24 hours:
Your order enters production, and unfortunately, changes or cancellations cannot be processed. All of our products are made-to-order, so please double-check your order before finalizing.
Check Your Shipping Info Carefully
Before you hit “Confirm,” please make sure your delivery address is:
- Complete (includes apartment/unit number if applicable)
- Correctly spelled
- Current
If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to a failed delivery, Luxinshoes is not responsible for lost items.
In the event of a return due to a wrong address, you may incur additional shipping fees to resend your package.
