At Luxinshoes, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to deliver quality footwear with every order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund, cancel your order, or return your items.


Order Exchanges

Before placing an order, we recommend carefully reviewing your size, color, and design selections. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges due to incorrect choices once production begins.

However, if you catch an error early, you may:

  • Cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Place a new order with corrected details.

Order Cancellations

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
  • Simply email us at [email protected] and include your order number.
  • After 24 hours, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or changed as all items are made to order.

Returns & Refunds

We offer 180 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request, provided the items meet the following eligibility criteria:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Products arrive damaged or broken
  • The item received is not what you ordered (wrong size, design, or material)
  • You receive an incorrect shipment
  • The product differs significantly from its online description

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Products that are worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with minor stitching defects not caused by us
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Returns requested after 180 days

How to Submit a Refund Claim

Please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • A detailed description and photos of the issue
  • The shipping label or tracking number (if already returned)
  • Screenshots of any relevant communication, if applicable

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your return and confirm the product condition:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • The full amount, including original shipping costs, will be refunded to your original payment method

Please allow 10–15 days for your bank to reflect the refund. If you don’t see it after that period, contact your bank or card provider.


Important Reminders

  • Our return window closes 180 days after delivery — no exceptions.
  • Unless the item is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We are not liable for loss or damage during return transit
  • We do not refund or replace items that don’t meet return eligibility
