To begin your return process, please contact our support team within 180 days of delivering your order.

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
  • Whether you’d prefer a replacement or refund

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most non-sale items under the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached
  • Product is in original condition
  • Return is requested within 180 days of delivery
  • A sales receipt or confirmation email is included

Please note:
We are not responsible for errors due to:

  • Misspelled names or messages
  • Incorrect images uploaded
  • Ordering the wrong size or color

Return Shipping

  • We cover the cost of return shipping for approved cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Return cost: $0.00 (That’s right — free returns for qualifying orders!)
  • For all other reasons, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.

Step-by-Step Return Instructions

    Email [email protected] with the required details. We’ll reply with an approved return address and further instructions.
  2. Package Your Return
    Include a printout of your order confirmation email inside the package.
  3. Ship It Back
    Use your preferred carrier to return the item to the address we provide. Please keep the tracking number for reference.
  4. Confirmation & Processing
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
