Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. Postal Holidays).
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the following business day.
- Once payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order immediately.

Order Tracking

- Please allow 3–7 business days for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking number doesn’t appear or your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please Contact Us for support.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order:
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned to the sender.
- Returned orders due to address issues cannot be reshipped and may be disposed of by our carriers.
- If an order is returned, a reshipping fee will apply.
- We are not liable for any losses or damage once your parcel leaves our warehouse, especially if redirected or forwarded by the carrier at your request.

- Custom-designed or personalized products require additional processing time.
- The production timeline may vary depending on the complexity of your customization.
