Q: Can I save products to my wishlist?
A: Yes! Click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page. You’ll need to be logged into your Homeandtell account to view your wishlist.

Q: How do I know if a product is in stock?
A: In‑stock items display an “Add to Cart” button. If a product is sold out, you’ll see an “Out of Stock” message — you can opt in to be notified when it’s restocked.

Q: Can I checkout as a guest?
A: Absolutely. Guest checkout is available, but creating an account allows you to save shipping details, track orders, and access exclusive offers.


Payment Information

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. We use industry‑standard SSL encryption and partner with PCI‑compliant payment processors to keep your data safe.

Q: Can I use a coupon code?
A: Yes — enter your promo code in the “Coupon Code” field during checkout and click “Apply.”

Q: What happens if my payment fails?

Orders & Returns

Q: What is Luxinshoes’s return policy?
A: We accept returns of eligible, unused items within 180 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility — except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case Luxinshoes covers shipping.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange for a different size or color. Exchanges follow the same 180‑day eligibility period.
